Class times* are Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-10:30am
Class curriculum is comprised of two parts — (1) calisthenics & (2) required American Kenpo Federation material.
Costs are variable dependant on your attaining rank within the AKF organization and structured as follows:
